The Energy Shop
Located in the downstairs portion of the 
Sheep River Centre, The Energy Shop
Fitness and Lifestyle Inc. provides many 
services related to health and fitness.

The 5000 square foot facility contains 
both cardio and resistance training equipment,
an aerobics/dance studio, a supervised children's 
play area and shower equipped locker rooms.
